Privacy

We store the minimum we need to run the company: your Discord ID, name and avatar, your Steam, TruckersMP and Trucky IDs if you link them, your application answers and the deliveries you log.

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in, one cookie to remember your language and, if you arrive through a member's invite link, one cookie for 30 days to credit that member. Page views are counted without cookies or IP addresses. No ad trackers.

Deliveries come from the tracker you use. While Nordhaul Tracker is active, the delivery route, cargo, truck, game and start time are sent to and stored by the site. Your active route, cargo and game appear on your public driver profile. Start and completion details are shared in the Discord jobs channel. Live profile status is hidden after five minutes without an update; stored delivery and notification records are not deleted when this time passes. If you drive with Trucky, its company job list is public on Trucky as well.

Application answers may be summarised by an AI model (Google Gemini or a model hosted on our own server) to help staff review faster. A human always makes the decision.

Want your data deleted? Ask any staff member on Discord and we remove your account and logs within 7 days.
